First, turn off some in-app purchases, then click on the items that couldn't be purchased before. After that, turn on some in-app purchases again, then switch to exchanging materials and swap anything. Once you return, you’ll be able to buy the previously selected item. Only one item can be bought at a time, but everything is available for purchase.
